Our life beyond work. Yes, it exists.
As Winston Churchill so aptly put it: We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give. And yes, all of us at Navigant Advisory Group do indeed have a life. We feel it’s important to get away from work and give our time and expertise to programs that benefit our community. It’s part of our growth model and we enjoy it.
Every Navigant employee is offered time for a annual sabbatical to devote to community service. It’s been used in a variety of ways — volunteering at a summer camp for kids impacted by HIV/AIDS, building homes in urban communities, serving the homeless, consulting for organizations and assisting in campaigns to reduce hunger. The stories here are just a few of the many ways we’re putting our lives to use outside of work.
