Nneka Morgan is one of the founders, and currently in our network of recommended advisors. She is an investment professional who brings to her clients more than ten years of demonstrated experience with some of the countries most prestigious financial services firms. As a professional, she has developed comprehensive strategies using varied investment vehicles to assist her clients with better managing and enhancing their wealth. Her portfolio includes advisement to high-net-worth individuals, and senior executives who have retired and/or separated from service voluntarily or involuntarily from key employers.
Morgan is an active leader within the global community. In addition to serving on our advisory panel, she is a member of the board of directors for Regions Hospital, the Neighborhood Development Corporation, Capital City Properties and is an Appointed Commissioner with the Saint Paul Port Authority where she serves as Chair of the Administrative & Investment Committee. In 2008, Morgan served as an international US ambassador and Marshall Memorial Fellow with the German Marshall Fund of the United States. In 2007, she was named one of Ebony Magazine’s “30 Young Leaders Under 30″. When Nneka has spare time, she hosts a radio program called Financial Fitness on 89.9FM KMOJ Radio and performs with the Grammy Award Winning Sounds of Blackness.
Paul is Chair of the Employee Benefits Department. He was previously a lawyer whose practice related exclusively to pensions, benefits and compensation plans and their related investment arrangements. He advises both private and public sector clients on the legal and regulatory aspects of pension and employee benefits plans including: governance, fiduciary responsibilities, plan administration and compliance, pension fund investment, pension committees, plan wind up, surplus strategies, and the negotiation and drafting of plan and trust documents.
Paul dealt extensively with pension and benefits issues arising in corporate mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, and has advised on many large and international transactions. Paul regularly advises on pension litigation matters, and has appeared before and made submissions to federal regulators on various pension compliance and surplus matters. He has also assisted several clients in successfully implementing pension plan mergers and conversions. Paul has 3 children and a husband Gregory and he is excited to focus on voluntary benefits at Navigant Advisory Group.
